Welcome to Mustang Creek
What can you expect at Mustang Creek? You can expect a laid back atmosphere and a friendly environment. Someone will welcome you and help you with any questions or directions you may need. On this page you will find the answers to a few common questions.
What are Sundays like at Mustang Creek?
We encourage people to arrive a few minutes before services begin at 9am and 11am so they can grab a cup of coffee from The Coffee Bar, get the kids checked-in, and greet friends and family. Our services last about an hour and a half beginning with great worship music, a greeting and a time to worship God through giving. We then transition to a time of teaching by either Pastor Robert or one of the other staff pastors. Service usually ends with a time of response and prayer, and then a dismissal.
What about kids?
If you have children between 0 & 12 yrs with you on Sunday morning, we would love to have them join us in Kid City. Kid City check-in is located in the foyer and volunteers can assist you with the entire check-in process. Each child and parent is given a barcode sticker making it impossible for your child to be released to anyone not presenting the matching barcode. Your children will enjoy games, activities, worship, and teaching in an area of the worship center not accessible to anyone who has not undergone a background check.
Do you really have a coffee bar?
Yes! You can visit 'The Coffee Bar' before or after church in the foyer. The volunteers there are happy to help you get any number of refreshments, including craft coffee, espresso, smoothies, pastries, soda and candy. You are welcome to enjoy those items at the seating provided in the foyer or at your seat in the worship center.
Do you offer interpretation for those who don't speak english?
We do not at this time have our services translated live. However our sister church, Iglesia Vision, meets right across the parking lot at 11AM Sunday mornings for services en Español.
Do you offer any ministry to teenagers?
Our student ministries are 'Epic' (High School) and 'Tribe' (Middle School) and they meet on campus in 'The Venue' Wednesday evenings at 7pm. They spend an hour together enjoying a time of worship, a message from the Bible led by Pastor Jacob and Pastor Clint, a time of response and prayer and some time to 'hang out'. And of course they wouldn't dare miss out on having their own snack bar!
