We collect information from you when you fill out a connect card, request prayer, submit praise, register for an event, join a small group, make a donation, or communicate with our ministry team. The information we collect may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and prayer requests.

Browser cookies and local storage keep you signed in to staff areas and remember your preferences. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how many people visit our website and which of our posts and ads help them find us. These tools use cookies and receive the pages you view and whether you sent a form. They never receive what you type into a form. You can opt out of them with Google's opt out tool and your Facebook ad settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how the website is used, such as where people click, how far they scroll and how the mouse moves, so we can make pages easier to use. Clarity hides all the words on the page and everything you type before anything is sent, so it never sees your name, messages or prayer requests. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the information we collect for authentic ministry care:

• To connect you with pastors, ministry leaders, or small groups at your request.
• To pray over your submitted prayer requests and rejoice in praises.
• To process charitable tithes and offerings and provide official end-of-year tax giving statements.
• To send updates regarding church gatherings, weather delays, or events you have registered for.
• To ensure the safety and security of children checked into Camp Creek Kids.

Text Messaging & SMS Privacy

If you provide your mobile number on a connect card or form, you may receive conversational text updates or notifications from church staff. When you sign up for something and agree to texts, we may also add your number to our church wide text list for news and events. We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We take standard, reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). Access to ministry submission data is restricted solely to authorized church staff and pastors.

Third-Party Services

We partner with trusted ministry platforms for specific functions (such as Subsplash for online giving and Church Management, and Twilio for SMS notifications). These providers maintain strict industry compliance standards and are prohibited from using your information for any unauthorized purpose.
