Why Join Discipleship Small Groups?
From Paul’s nurturing leadership in Thessalonica (1 Thess 2:7–12) to Jesus’ personal investment in His disciples (John 21),
Scripture consistently shows that life change happens in community.
Our vision is to see every believer experience that same depth of care, accountability, and growth through small groups discipleship.
We exist to develop effective followers of Christ
who demonstrate the heart of heaven on earth.

What Should I Expect in a Small Group Meeting?
1. Hang Out
Walking in, you'll find food and friendly faces ready to welcome you! We kick things off with some relaxed hang-out time—swapping stories about our crazy work week, sharing weekend highlights, or just catching up on life. This is the place where you can take a deep breath, and just be yourself.
2. Study & Discuss
We dive deep into Scripture and real-life questions. Whether following a sermon series or exploring a Bible study, these conversations create a safe space to be truly known and understood. Share your doubts, questions, and insights as we encounter God together. What starts as simple discussion often becomes something life-changing—these aren't just nice chats, but moments where marriages are restored, addictions are broken, and callings are found.
3. Pray & Celebrate
We take time to share what's really going on in our lives and then pray specifically for those situations. Whether it's a job interview, health concern, or family struggle, we stand together believing God can break through where we feel stuck.
We also desire to spend time in God's presence. Sometimes that looks like sharing an encouraging word someone feels God placed on their heart (1 Corinthians 14:3), or praying for healing when someone is hurting physically or emotionally (James 5:14-16).

Discipleship Outcomes
We measure spiritual growth and community health by these five pillars:
1. Community
As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17
Group members develop trust, maintain gentle accountability, and engage in honest conversations. Your small group becomes a place where masks come off and real life is shared.
2. Worship
“Present your bodies as a living sacrifice…which is your spiritual worship.” – Romans 12:1
Group members help each other recognize God's presence and discern His voice in everyday moments. Together, you create space to listen for God's guidance and support one another in surrendering areas of life to His leadership.
3. Discipleship
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” – Romans 12:2
The group provides accountability for developing godly character and the courage to step out in sharing the gospel and praying for others' needs. Together you celebrate both internal transformation—growing in love and gentleness—and external impact through service and evangelism, recognizing that both spiritual fruit and bold witness flow from lives surrendered to Christ.
4. Service
Whatever you did for one of the least of these…you did for me.” – Matthew 25:40
The group identifies needs within the church and community and finds practical ways to demonstrate God's love through action.
5. Outreach
“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” – Romans 10:15
Group members pray for friends and neighbors, practice sharing their faith stories, extend invitations to group gatherings, and occasionally plan events specifically designed to reach the los.
