Where to go
13851 FM 548, Forney, TX 75126
Voting is in the church foyer. The county lists us as "Mustang Creek Church," vote center 7. We are on FM 548 near Diamond Creek, Devonshire and Windmill Farms, a short drive for much of Forney, Heartland and Talty.
FM 548 is being widened, so give yourself a few extra minutes.
Before you go
- Bring a photo ID. A Texas driver license, Texas Election Identification Certificate, Texas personal ID card, Texas handgun license, U.S. military ID with photo, U.S. citizenship certificate with photo, or U.S. passport. If you do not have one and cannot reasonably get one, you can sign a form at the polls and show a supporting document, such as a voter registration certificate or a utility bill. See the ID rules.
- Check that you are registered at VoteTexas.gov.
- See your sample ballot on the Kaufman County elections page. What is on it depends on where you live.
- Want to vote early? Early voting runs through Friday, October 30 at six Kaufman County locations, including the Forney Sub Courthouse and Keith Bell Opportunity Central in Forney. Mustang Creek is an Election Day location only. Times and places are on the county elections page.
