Ruben Sanchez teaches verse-by-verse through the Gospel of John, followed by open conversation, discussion, and refreshments. A space to ask honest questions and grow deeply grounded in the Word.
Pastor David and Lindsey cook and host a full home-cooked dinner for everyone. Gather around the dinner table, share a meal, talk about real life, and build lifelong friendships.

Ruben and Adriana help lead MC Young Adults and create space for honest friendship and spiritual growth. At The Venue, Ruben teaches verse-by-verse through the Gospel of John and guides open discussion.

We alternate weekly between The Venue on the church campus (13851 FM 548) and Pastor David & Lindsey Shepherd's home. The simplest way to know is to join our group text by signing up here—we text out that week's location, address, and dinner details every week!
MC Young Adults is designed for anyone roughly 18 to 30 years old. That includes college students, trade apprentices, young professionals, singles, engaged couples, and young marrieds.
Nothing at all! When we meet at Pastor David & Lindsey's home, they prepare and host a full home-cooked dinner for everyone. Just bring yourself, and feel free to bring a friend.
You are completely welcome. Our gatherings are intentionally relaxed, warm, and authentic. No one will put you on the spot or make you feel uncomfortable. It's a genuine community of people walking out faith together.
Our teaching and formal gathering wrap up around 9:00 PM, but people regularly stick around to play games, talk, and hang out afterward. Feel free to stay as long or head out as early as you need.
