Students who completed 6th grade - Completed 12th grade

June 26-29
REGISTRATION AND DEPOSIT DUE BY April 9: $100
Total: $285 - Late Registration (additional $10)
There are 3 steps to successfully registering your student for camp this year:
STEP 1:

Select the group: Forney - Mustang Creek Community Church

Enter the passcode: Forney25
STEP 2
A second email will be sent to you with an electronic consent form that MUST BE FILLED OUT! Please do not skip this step :)
STEP 3
Pay your $100 deposit through https://www.mustangcreek.org/give and memo "Youth Camp" along with your student's name. (MEMO: kids camp John Smith)
Registration is only confirmed when all 3 steps of the process have been completed. So remember...
Online Registration + Online Consent Form + Deposit = Confirmed Spot for Camp
FUNDRAISER: We will be having a carwash on a sunday morning in april to help pay the deposit. All money raised will be divided among those who participate in the bake sale. If you would like to participate, please email me at stephanieponcy@gmail.com and I will send more details.
